REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma
• No prior work experience required

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYug

• Performs guest check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with the reception department SOP
• Is responsible for issuing and accuracy of invoices
• Sells and promotes property services (accommodation units, upselling, loyalty program, other facilities within the property and destination)
• Responsible for enforcing house rules during night shifts and taking actions to ensure compliance
• Knows and applies reception department SOP
• Knows and applies workplace safety measures
