Portal Growth & Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform Launch & Development

• Support and coordinate the launch activities of the Novi Kvadrat portal.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and management regarding platform improvements and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for new features, improvements, and user experience optimization.
• Help shape the long-term direction and positioning of the portal.

Growth Strategy & User Acquisition

• Develop and execute strategies to increase platform visibility, traffic, and engagement.
• Identify digital growth opportunities across organic, paid, social, and partnership channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior.
• Propose and implement initiatives to increase reach and user acquisition.

Content & Brand Positioning

• Coordinate content direction for the platform and associated digital channels.
• Help position Novi Kvadrat as a recognizable and trusted portal in the market.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand identity.
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns and launch communication activities.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Track and analyze key platform performance metrics.
• Monitor traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
• Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
• Support SEO and digital visibility initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Project Coordination
• Coordinate activities between internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
• Help prioritize tasks and growth initiatives.
• Maintain organized workflows and project follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, platform management, growth strategy, content strategy, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, online growth, and user engagement.
• Experience with website or portal projects is highly preferred.
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Creative mindset with strong execution abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, media portals, startups, or digital products is considered a plus.
