We are searching for a

IT Business Analyst

in Belgrade, Serbia

You will be responsible for analysis of business requirements, proposing, discussing, and defining adequate functional solutions in alignment with defined business needs and other related processes and solutions. IT Business Analyst should provide deep functional expertise in the work planning, standards, processes and change management

• Experience in definition and analysis of business requirements for application changes/improvements
• Experience in projects of implementation or replacement of large-scale application solutions, being involved in functional/business GAP analysis
• Analytical skills, oriented to find/provide optimal solutions to address business requirements
• Willingness to learn and document various business scenarios and processes mapping them with adequate functionalities of application
• Basic understanding of typical application architectures, data flows, flowcharts and diagrams, application development and maintenance related processes
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environment
• At least 2-5 years working on the positions requiring listed skills, preferably in the complex systems and large organizations 

• Advanced in English, written and spoken
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly proactive, independent, and self-organized
• Energetic and cooperative team member, with good problem-solving skills
• Motivated and flexible
• Familiar with processes and products in financial industry (which will be considered as advantage) 

• Discover and learn new products and processes related to different Banking areas
• Get involved in international projects related to implementation/upgrade of Core banking solutions
• Conduct GAP analysis between existing and new system, proposing and achieving optimal resolution
• Define/analyze business requirements for implementation of new or change of existing functionalities
• Propose improvements to meet clients’ needs in the most efficient way
