No previous dispatch experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training and support you need to learn the business, develop your negotiation skills, and grow with us.

What Is a Prebook Dispatcher?

As a Prebook Dispatcher, your main focus will be finding and booking profitable loads for owner-operator trucks, negotiating rates with freight brokers, and identifying the best opportunities in the market.

Unlike a traditional dispatcher, you won’t be responsible for managing your own drivers. Instead, you’ll focus on securing loads, negotiating competitive rates, and maximizing booking opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Find available loads and identify profitable booking opportunities
• Negotiate rates and terms with freight brokers
• Book loads for owner-operator trucks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
• Evaluate load options and negotiate competitive rates
• Communicate professionally with brokers and the internal team
• Manage multiple booking opportunities efficiently
• Stay informed about market conditions and available freight
