Presales Specialist, IT Solution Architect

We are looking for:

Presales Specialist

General description of the job:

Presales Specialist analyze the AS IS business activity of the customer, understand the business particularities and design the technical solutions for the business needs of the customers.

The Presales Specialist activities includes:

• Make the activity analysis , business analysis and integrate them to the customer business needs
• Define, together with the customer, the technical specifications
• Propose technical solutions based on the tender documentation requirements
• Prepare the offer for BIDS/TENDERS and ask for the offer Management  approval
• Ensure technical support for the Sales department
• Organize and make products/service presentation to the customers
• Manage the partnership relationship for the BID project and documentation
• Create complex architecture solution based on the heterogenic solutions
• Responsible for the deliverables, quality, timing, follow up of the BID documentation

Technical requirements of the job:

• proficient knowledge of the IT technology and framework
• excellent knowledge of the IT standards applicable in Serbia
• Project Management capabilities
• IT service management  is a plus
• Java or  NET  extensive development experience or implementation experience in large enterprise projects (e.g. ECM, BPM, platforms) is mandatory
• Experience and exposure to full project development lifecycle is a plus
• Interaction with customers from public sector is a plus
• Posses excellent knowledge of specific solutions tailored to different industry verticals (e.g. Environment, Cadaster, Agriculture, Internal Affaires etc) and their core platforms (DMS systems, middleware and data warehousing, ERP, CRM, ECM, e-Learning, KM, BI etc)

Educational /Experience requirements:

• University degree
•  IT Architecture certifications
• Project management certification
• + 5 years working experience in the IT industry
• + 3 years experience technical bid or implementation consultant
• Business understanding capability
• International experience is a plus
• English language is a must
• Serbian  language is a must
• Other foreign language is a plus

IT Solution Architect

General description of the job:

IT solution architect is responsible for designing the technical IT solution for the public sector:

• Large projects
• Involving multiple technologies
• Requiring knowledge of software, hardware, communication and security solutions.

The solution architect:

• Has to understand the business requirements of the project, and should integrate them to the technicalblueprint
• lead the planning of the project architecture and follow the timeline and deadlines
• define the software and/or hardware architectures
• modify, optimize and engineer  the AS IS architecture based on the business requirements
• create complex architectures based on the heterogenic technologies
• create the hardware equipments solution for the software architecture proposal
• create business solution presentation for the customers
• is up to date to the technology evolution and offer the best technology solution for the customer business needs.

Technical requirements of the job:

• Extensive expertise with either software or hardware technology and frameworks and at least basic experience with the other
• excellent knowledge of the IT standards applicable in Serbia
• Project Management capabilities
• IT service management  is a plus
• Good experience with at least 2 of the big software vendor platforms ( IBM, Oracle, Microsoft technologies)
• Java or  NET  extensive development experienceor implementation experience in large enterprise projects (e.g. ECM, BPM, platforms) is mandatory
• Experience and exposure to full project development lifecycle is a plus
• Interaction with customers from public sector is a plus
