Pricing Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Quotation & Cost Analysis: Prepare accurate and competitive end-to-end pricing for international household goods moves, including air, sea, and road freight.
• Vendor Negotiation: Liaise with global agents, freight forwarders, and steamship lines to obtain and compare competitive rates.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure all quotes align with commercial logic, client-specific strategies, and profitability targets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Verify that all documentation and pricing comply with Serbian and international customs regulations and transport laws.
• Database Management: Maintain and update internal pricing databases, rate sheets, and CRM systems

The Ideal Candidate:

• Education: A University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or the international moving industry.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is essential, as you will communicate daily with global partners. Greek language skills are an advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: High digital literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and ERP systems.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or remotely under tight deadlines
