Pricing Operations and Campaigns Administrator

Job title: Pricing Operations and Campaigns Administrator (6 Month FTC)

Office location: Spanskih boraca, Belgrade - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

About the role and the Team: 

We're looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Operations and Campaigns Administrator to support the implementation of Hyperoptic's pricing and commercial strategy within the marketing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes and working in a fast-paced commercial environment. Given the nature of this role very strong English verbal and written is a must.

In this role, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right offers, at the right time, through the right channels. Working closely with Marketing, Business Development and Commercial teams, you'll play a key role in managing pricing, promotional activity and in-life customer communications that drive growth, upgrades and customer retention.

What will you be doing?

• Keep price groups up to date, removing unnecessary price groups and creating new ones in time for new launches or product changes
• Creating, maintaining and optimising price groups across Residential, B2B and Client products
• Allocation of promotions to specific customer groups or channels where required
• Monitoring pricing across customer channels and websites, identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies
• Identifying opportunities to improve pricing processes and helping implement more efficient ways of working
• Providing day-to-day support for pricing requests, including managing and triaging Jira tickets
• Continually ensure all sites have appropriate pricing and escalating and correcting where necessary - involves correcting promos on different sites, adding missing sites to promos.

What we are looking for:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
• An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across teams.
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…) with expert knowledge of Excel
• A confident problem solver who enjoys improving processes
• Ability to express complex concepts in simple terms
• Experienced in commercial operations, pricing, marketing operations or a similar administrative or analytical role (preferred)
