We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated PROCESS ENGINEER to join our team in RUMA

Qualifications and professional knowledge

• University degree in fields of mechanical engineering, technical or a similar faculty
• In-depth understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
• Advanced PFMEA knowledge
• Proficiency in APQP
• Strong command of quality tools: SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and Process Flowcharts
• Tool development, tooling design, and product design
• Familiarity with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
• Excellent computer literacy (advanced proficiency in MS Office suite)
• Advanced English knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities

• Operate and test all machinery within the assigned sector during the initial onboarding phase
• Guarantee and secure the capacity of the managed production processes
• Drive technical development and technological improvements of the assigned processes
• Propose optimization solutions for equipment, methodologies, and manufacturing workflows
• Coordinate the development of new production processes and new machinery
• Participate in process and product innovations as well as modifications
• Collaborate closely with the Industrialization Department regarding product manufacturing technology
• Partner with the Tooling Department during the tool definition and design phases
• Work with the Industrialization Department during the product definition and feasibility studies
• Plan, control, and regularly review PFMEA documents for the assigned process
• Analyze production issues and define effective corrective actions
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions and operating guidelines
• Optimize cycle times and overall manufacturing productivity
• Participate in customer complaint analysis and propose technical solutions
• Analyze machine capacity and line balancing/loading
• Set, define, implement, and validate manufacturing process parameters
