Process Engineer - Mechatronics Engineering

We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.

Your tasks: 

• Analysis, design and optimization of the worldwide development processes and methods 
• Coordination of the processes and interfaces with the departments national and international 
• Creation of process descriptions and training documents 
• Conducting training cources and moderation of workshops for the development locations 
• Central contact person for mechatronics development processes 
• Coordination and release of templates and reference examples 
• Representation of mechatronics process development in Divisional working groups

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable  
• Practical experience in the field of process design and the description of processes and methods 
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills 
• Automotive Spice and IATF 16949 knowledge 
• A high degree of independence, creativity, ability to cooperate and initiative, also in an international context 
• Excellent spoken and written English
