Process Engineer (Metallurgy & Casting)

Minth Group is looking for a Process Engineer to support daily production operations in an aluminium melting and casting environment. The role focuses on ensuring stable process execution, monitoring key aluminium process parameters, and acting as a technical link between engineering teams and shop-floor operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining process stability, improving product quality, and ensuring accurate implementation of process standards across aluminium production lines.

Main Responsibilities:

• On-site communication: Assist Chinese process engineers in daily technical communication with Serbian employees to ensure accurate transmission of process instructions.
• Process execution inspection: Conduct regular on-site inspections according to process standards (such as melting temperature, refining time, degassing parameters, casting speed, cooling water conditions, etc.), and record key process parameter execution status.
• Abnormality feedback and recording: When process deviations or equipment abnormalities are identified, immediately report to engineers and assist in preliminary root cause analysis.
• Data collection and organization: Collect key parameters from the melting and casting production process, and establish or maintain process records.
• Basic documentation: Assist in translating/drafting simple process instruction cards, operation reminders, or training materials.

Requirements:

• Good command of English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• College degree or above; majors in materials forming, metallurgical engineering, metal materials, mechanical engineering, or related fields are preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work attitude, and willingness to work in typical casting environments such as high temperature and dust (full PPE will be provided).
• Proactive communication mindset and willingness to work closely on the production floor.
• Respect for cultural differences between Chinese and Serbian teams and strong team spirit.
