Process Engineer on Extrusion

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Process Engineer (Extrusion) who will be responsible for ensuring a stable and efficient production process in line with production plans and customer requirements, while continuously improving product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update process documentation (FMEA, work instructions, process parameters)
• Monitor the extrusion process and prevent non-conformities
• Analyze root causes of quality deviations and define corrective actions
• Participate in line trials, maintain records, and prepare reports
• Train line leaders and process technicians in technical and technological topics
• Cooperate with internal and external customers to solve process-related issues
• Participate in 8D and other problem-solving teams related to quality and customer complaints
• Define and improve processes for new and existing projects
• Implement activities to increase efficiency and reduce costs (CIP, Six Sigma)
• Cooperate with quality, development, maintenance, and safety departments
• Monitor and improve machine and process performance
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO/IATF)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering or Technology)
• Knowledge of ISO / IATF 16949 standards
• Experience working with SAP and MS Office
• Good command of English
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage (extrusion or similar processes)
• Proactive and committed approach 
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
