Main Tasks

• Ownership of the assembly process for drivers and modules
• Creation of process instructions
• Training of trainers and machine operators
• Training and support for maintenance technicians
• Design of tools and jigs for assembly processes
• Continuous improvement of production processes (CIP)
• Coordination of PFMEA activities
• Daily monitoring of and support for assembly production processes
• Collaboration with PRO, QM, and Lean departments to improve production and existing KPIs
• Collaboration with NPI teams on the introduction of new products
• Ordering equipment for new projects
• Development of programs for wave soldering and CNC milling
• Failure analysis, product quality analysis, and optimization of production machines
• Support for MES
• Knowledge of SMD processes is preferred

Required qualifications, skills and experience

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations 
• Good numerical and written skills
• Minimum: university degree (Level VII qualification)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in computer use (PC), including Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of CAD and CAM tools
