Process Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational efficiency across our manufacturing, logistics, warehouse and administrative processes. In this role, you will establish procedures to eliminate waste, implement core Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kanban), and KPIs to sustain improvements.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with 2–4 years of experience skilled in coaching teams and leading data-driven optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities (Project Milestones)

• Waste Elimination: Identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities (waste) across production, warehouse logistics and related administration to streamline operations
• Process Optimization: Implement Lean tools such as Value stream mapping, Kanban, Poka-Yoke (error-proofing), 5S to improve productivity, reduce costs and standardized work to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure a smooth, continuous workflow
• Training and Coaching: Educate employees on Lean principles and coach the internal engineering and production teams through process improvement phases
• Performance Tracking: Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, ensure product quality, and sustain improvements over time
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Production Responsible, Process Engineer and Quality assurance manager to drive data-driven root-cause analysis for recurring technical or operational issues

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical/Process Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will be considered as advantage
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives in a structured industrial environment (experience in ISO 13485, GMP is preferred)
• Skills: Strong analytical and data-backed problem-solving minds, proactive and persistent
