We are currently looking for a dedicated and hands-on professional to join our Procurement team in Belgrade. In this multifaceted role, you will contribute significantly to the smooth and efficient operations of the GrECo Group across more than 20 countries.
Your Role – Strategic, Sustainable & Versatile
- Lead and optimize procurement processes for goods and services across the Group, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and maintain procurement guidelines and internal control systems (ICS) to safeguard standards and transparency.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives (e.g., rent, utilities, cleaning, telecoms) and negotiate favorable vendor terms.
- Manage travel and fleet operations while supporting administrative needs for non-Austrian offices.
- Champion sustainability projects such as energy audits and ESG reporting to align with corporate responsibility goals.
- Ensure consistent and compliant communication with our international markets and monitor adherence to internal processes and standards.
Your Profile – Professional & Proactive
- Completed education in business, logistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or facility management
- Strong service orientation and professional communication. Fluent in English and German for collaboration with HQ and international teams additional languages are a plus
- High sustainability awareness and interest in innovative solutions
- Willingness to travel and support international teams
- Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
