Procurement Buyer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute the procurement business plan and support strategic sourcing
• Manage supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, and master data (PIRs, catalogs)
• Build strong supplier relationships and support savings initiatives alongside the Procurement team
• Ensure accurate invoices, monitor requisition processes, and support the rollout of new systems and processes
• Communicate new contracts locally and on a group level, ensure alignment with CSR standards
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes by understanding stakeholder requirements, managing sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and maintaining effective cost control
• Drive initiatives to ensure business continuity and effective cost control
• Act as a trusted business partner, collaborating cross-functionally to support business continuity
• Provide procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in a technical/economics field
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, including sourcing and tender management activities
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• Knowledge of trade, tax, and customs regulations
• Advanced English language skills
• FMCG industry experience is considered an advantage
