Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the identification, development, and evaluation of local suppliers in Serbia.
• Conduct inquiries and procurement of materials, construction materials, equipment, and tools in line with project requirements.
• Assist in preparing and implementing procurement plans and budgets based on project needs.
• Initiate and follow up on procurement processes, including contracts, payments, delivery, and warehousing.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred, with a relevant field of study being an advantage.
• Familiarity with local construction materials and equipment markets is preferred.
• Relevant experience in procurement of construction materials or equipment is preferred; experience supporting procurement for full residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Experience in interior fit-out or decoration material procurement is a plus.
• Proficiency in Serbian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to respond quickly and continuously improve processes.
• High level of professional integrity.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
