About the Position:

As a Procurement Intern, you will support the German procurement team in daily purchasing activities and supplier management. Working closely with colleagues in Germany, you will contribute to efficient procurement processes while developing valuable skills in an international business environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support in the collection, preparation and maintenance of procurement data related to non-production material purchasing, including sustainability and corporate carbon footprint topics
• Operational purchasing tasks such as order tracking, order confirmation follow-up, delivery date monitoring and invoice clarification
• Support in identifying savings potential by preparing data analyses, supplier comparisons and price overviews
  Assistance in documenting and coordinating international procurement standards, tools and processes with subsidiaries
• Maintenance and preparation of parts lists, material numbers, supplier information and procurement-related master data
• Support in the preparation, filing and overview management of maintenance contracts and related documents
• Assistance to Commodity Buyers and Tactical Buyers in supplier management activities for supplies, consumables and further product groups
• Preparation of negotiation documents, supplier data and decision templates in coordination with the responsible buyer
• The position is based in Serbia and supports the German Procurement Technical Infrastructure team in day-to-day procurement activities

Your Profile:

• Final-year student or recent graduate
• Very good German language skills are mandatory, as regular communication and coordination with the German team and German-speaking stakeholders are required
• Good command of English language
• Interest in procurement, purchasing processes, and supplier management
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, initiative and willingness to learn
