The Procurement/Purchasing Specialist, based in our Belgrade office, will oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing strategies. This full-time role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement planning to ensure strategic purchasing.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Negotiate purchases to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Manage and process orders from initiation through completion.
• Verify and control incoming invoices for accuracy.
• Organize logistics and coordinate with forwarding entities to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain effective internal communication to ensure procurement processes align with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge in procurement processes.
• Solid commercial experience or completed relevant education (such as an Economy/Business or related).
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is preferable.
