Key Responsibilities:

  • Sends requests for quotations to suppliers. Upon receipt, negotiates in accordance with the assigned responsibility matrix and maintains the price database in SAP
  • Ensures continuous supply of materials for production in accordance with the defined process
  • Assesses required quantities based on previous experience, taking into account efficiency and safety, and determines material and spare parts requirements
  • Creates delivery plans and coordinates with suppliers
  • Pays special attention to critical materials and ensures their timely procurement
  • In critical situations, ensures delivery in accordance with required timelines and quantities and reports on such situations
  • In the event of bottlenecks or other delivery-related issues, takes measures to ensure continuous production (quality issues, force majeure, etc.)
  • Organizes deliveries and reviews delivery options
  • Coordinates and cooperates with carriers and freight forwarders
  • Monitors material inbound flows and priorities
  • Checks and administers documentation related to the above-mentioned tasks
  • Prepares and reviews daily reports
  • Monitors the impact of changes in the production plan on the material delivery plan
  • Ensures that reminders and warnings are sent to suppliers
  • Performs corrections of material surplus or shortages (inventory reconciliation)
  • Maintains SAP databases in accordance with assigned responsibilities
  • Provides support to the Supplier Development department during the claims process.
  • Analyzes inventory count results
  • Analyzes scrap and increased material consumption
  • Is responsible for the quality of their work, accuracy, precision, clarity, and timeliness
  • At the Employer’s request, may occasionally drive a passenger vehicle, for example when assigned to a business trip, provided that the Employee is qualified to drive a vehicle and meets all legal requirements
  • Upon the order of a superior, performs other tasks corresponding to their occupation and professional qualifications, in cases of temporary absence of another employee, temporary increase in workload, or other justified circumstances

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed higher/vocational technical education, or at least three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Be able to understand MRP, Technical Drawings, Specifications and Bills of Material documents
  • Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for this position
  • Be operationally proficient in MS-Office programs, Outlook, Excel & Word in support of both internal and external communications
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
