Procurement Specialist

For the needs of our client, a leading manufacturer of servomotors, relays, and electromagnets, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position: Procurement Specialist (Vlasotince)

Job description

• Collaborative procurement works closely with cross functional agile teams to understand and meet their procurement needs,
• Facilitate transparent communication between vendors stakeholders and team members to ensure similes procurement processes,
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers,
• Identify evaluate and select suppliers based on quality cost and delivery capability,
• Develop and maintain strong relations ships with key suppliers, negotiation contracts and agreements to secure favorable teams,
• Participate with agile ceremonies (daily sprint planning retro), to stay Aline with goals teams and progress,
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost saving and process improvements,
• Implement strategy to optimize procurement costs while maintaining high quality standards,
• Develop contingency plan to ensure business continuity and minimize impact on project time lines,
• Stay up to date with best practice and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management
