Key Responsibilities:

Lead the functional ownership for ProcureView/Qlik platform:

• Ensure system is meeting the needs of the business
• Develop the roadmap for enhancements and extensions into plans and actions
• Work closely with Qlik platform technical expert(s) on all aspects of system design
• Work with all AMETEK Divisions, BU’s and sites to ensure data integration is happening as expected, and exceptions are acted upon
• Project management of all stakeholders (IT, Qlik, Divisions, Business Units)
• Business Unit master data validation (Supplier mapping, Commodity Code mapping, Payment Term mapping)
• Enable AI functionality within the system across all users, including training
• Supporting functional and User Acceptance testing
• Running internal update meetings

Develop tools for use in Global Sourcing Operations, Center of Excellence & Corporate Reporting

• Develop tools for use in Global Sourcing Operations, Center of Excellence & Corporate Reporting
• Examples – Global Sourcing Operations RFQ tracking dashboard; Center of Excellence inquiry tracking; Blomberg price index dashboard
• Work with Corporate colleagues to define new opportunities, design solutions and implement

Spend and Savings Reporting

• Working with Procurement Operations Director, prepare quarterly reporting of spend and savings for all OPEX functions
• Taking data from all AMETEK Divisions, combining and analysing
• Develop ways to automate and streamline reporting

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 7-8 years experience working with data management and reporting systems management
  Or Supply Chain/Procurement/Financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaboration experience within a global or multi-site environment and proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
