Sales Representative – Serbia Market

PAMA is a leading specialized sales and service partner for the cardboard and packaging industry. We represent top-tier machinery manufacturers and serve clients across 15+ countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Due to rapid growth and high demand in Serbia, we are opening a dedicated position for an ambitious representative to join our team.

The Role:

• Sales Management: Lead and manage the full sales cycle for machinery and equipment in the Serbian market.
• Consultative Selling: Visit clients on-site, present our portfolio, and provide expert technical and business solutions.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with major cardboard packaging manufacturers.
• Market Strategy: Conduct market analysis, execute marketing activities, and plan strategic sales growth.
• After-Sales Support: Assist with the coordination of installations and ensure top-notch after-sales satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Serbian is a must; at least basic English for internal communication.
• Personality: Open, highly organized, and communicative. A person who meets challenges head-on.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a genuine love for travel and field work.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (first-cycle Bologna level) or higher.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Note: Previous industry or sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement – we will provide the training.
