Product Analyst

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to turn player behavioral data into actionable insights, opportunities and recommendations for product improvement. The role will provide the evidence base for product decisions and enable early identification of player friction, drop-off points and opportunities to improve engagement, retention and monetization.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and management of product analytics across FullStory, GA4, Firebase and other relevant tools.
• Analysis of player sessions, funnels, cohorts, retention and behavioral patterns.
• Identification of product issues, player friction and improvement opportunities.
• Monitoring key product KPIs across native and online products.
• Collaboration with PMs on KPI definition and measurement frameworks.
• Definition and monitoring of analytics and instrumentation requirements.
• Analysis of post-release product performance and feature impact.
• Support for A/B testing and experiment evaluation.
• Segmentation of player behavior by market, platform and cohort.
• Collaboration with UX Research to combine quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Proactive identification of opportunities and issues.
• Translation of data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics or a similar role.
• Experience with FullStory, GA4 and Firebase.
• Strong knowledge of funnel, cohort and retention analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of product KPIs and player behavior.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Gaming, mobile, e-commerce or consumer digital experience is an advantage.
