Product Designer

Job Description:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile (dealer tools, inventory management, listings, buyer flows)
• Translate product requirements, business goals, and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Improve user flows, UX, and UI with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and efficiency
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to deliver features from concept to launch
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Optimize key funnels (listing creation, lead generation, conversion)
• Use data, user feedback, and testing to iterate on designs
• Handle complex forms and operational interfaces (inventory, pricing, condition, compliance)
• Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development constraints

Professional Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work (not just visuals, but problem-solving and thinking)
• Experience designing B2B products or SaaS platforms (strong advantage)
• Solid understanding of Information architecture, Interaction design and UX patterns for complex systems
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to defend design decisions with rationale
• Advanced English level 

Nice to have:

• Experience in marketplaces, automotive, logistics, or fintech products
• Basic understanding of conversion optimization and growth principles
• Experience with design systems at scale
• Familiarity with usability testing and analytics tools
• Exposure to frontend constraints (HTML/CSS basics)
