Product Development Internship - Belgrade based

ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the Home & Living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, London, and Barcelona, we sell through localized e-commerce platforms across the UK, North America, Europe, and APAC.

We are looking for resourceful, well-organized, and hard-working interns to start their careers in the fast-growing world of international e-commerce from our downtown Belgrade office. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to remain with the company after the completion of the internship and continue developing their careers with us.

Our new colleagues will work closely with factories and internal teams to develop new products, understand costs, analyse market opportunities, and ensure product information is accurate and complete before launch.

Responsibilities

• Market research using standard and AI-based tools (pricing, competitors, markets);
• Intensive communication with factories to develop and optimise new products for launch;
• Cross-functional communication with other teams (Marketing, Sourcing, Purchasing, Design, Fulfilment);
• Gather relevant product information, including materials, swatches, dimensions, packaging, and specifications;
• Prepare sample cost calculations and act as a source of product information for other teams;
• Monitor competitor activity, conduct analyses, and propose new product opportunities based on market findings.

Job requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate with an interest in furniture, product development, manufacturing, international business;
• Excellent attention to detail and persistence in obtaining accurate information;
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and commercial data;
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand how even minor changes can impact customers and business performance;
• Team player who thrives in a diverse and hard-working environment;
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written (this is an international environment and the working language is English);
• Smart and responsible user of AI tools who leverages technology to learn, improve, and increase productivity rather than outsource critical thinking and decision-making.
