Product Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our iOS and Android products and drive their continuous development and improvement. The role is key to strengthening the player’s experience and driving adoption, engagement, retention and conversion through clear product strategy, data-driven decision-making and effective delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the native product roadmap, backlog and prioritization across iOS and Android.
• Definition of product priorities and scope in line with product strategy and business objectives.
• Identification of player needs, pain points and opportunities through research and analytics.
• Collaboration with UX Research, UX Design and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Definition of product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitoring of adoption, engagement, retention and conversion KPIs.
• Analysis of player behavior and product performance.
• Planning and evaluation of experiments and A/B tests.
• Evaluation of released features and incorporation of learnings into the roadmap
• Collaboration with PM Online and Content Manager to ensure cross-platform consistency and release readiness.
• Coordination with Engineering on delivery planning, dependencies, risks and scope trade-offs.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in gaming, mobile or consumer digital products.
• Proven experience managing iOS and/or Android products.
• Strong understanding of engagement, retention, conversion and monetization.
• Experience with product analytics, funnels, cohorts and experimentation.
• Experience working with UX, Research and Engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Gaming experience is a strong advantage.
