We are seeking a Product Owner for AI Excellence who will drive the identification, development, and scaling of AI use cases across the organization, ensuring our internal and external customers enjoy seamless and delightful banking experiences. In this role, you will be responsible not only for managing delivery, but also for discovering opportunities where AI can create business value, shaping AI initiatives, and ensuring their successful implementation. The future Product Owner will play a key role in accelerating AI adoption, building the use case backlog, and contributing to the transformation towards a more data- and AI-driven organization.

What you can expect:

• Develop deep understanding of business processes, market trends, and AI opportunities
• Identify and validate AI use cases across business units
• Participate in defining AI strategy, vision, and roadmap
• Propose new initiatives to drive AI adoption and value creation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility
• End-to-end ownership of AI use case lifecycle (idea → pilot → production → scale)
• Manage backlog of AI initiatives (prioritization, refinement, alignment with strategy)
• Define product requirements (epics, user stories, use cases)
• Guide agile teams and ensure clear vision and understanding
• Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, data architects, and external partners
• Regularly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to management
• Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with internal policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Track performance, adoption, and impact of AI solutions
• Drive prototyping and experimentation of AI solutions

What you bring:

• University degree
• 3Y+ of experience in building AI or digital products, banking area is a plus
• Product ownership and/or Project management experience
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AI / data / advanced analytics projects is a bonus
• Good written and spoken English
