Production Area Manager

Production Area Manager manages and monitors part of the production process and reports on it. Report directly to the Production Manager.

The daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Report deviations on the condition of the equipment handed over by the project team to maintenance and ensure that these deviations are eliminated.
• Improve technical and organizational processes within production in coordination with managers and other departments.
• Assist in production sub project tasks during the development phase.
• Functional and disciplinary management of assigned staff.
• Assist in the planning and adapting of production resources in accordance with Logistics requirements.
• Ensure that time, cost and quality targets are met for the assigned preparation group.
• Conform to technical and organizational process standards in Production.
• Be responsible for release of production planning in data cube and the production-relevant key figures in budget.
• Coordinate external support and request it by plant manager.
• Cares about replacement and takes up the role of absent shift leaders.
