Company Kyungshin Cable Europe from Smederevska Palanka has started to form a team that will have the task of organizing the production process from the very beginning in cooperation with foreign management. Who loves challenges, has experiences and desires, we are at his/her disposal.

Mandatory biography in English

Responsibilities:

  • As a team leader, directly Check/Approve team members' work.
  • Business Plan review and management
  • Production Capacity analysis
  • Management of production plans and production efficiency
  • Product warehouse Inventory and Delivery Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Prepare and respond to customer-approved tasks (IATF 16949 certification, PPAP, etc.)
  • Maintaining and creating MES and SAP System for Production Assembly Line
  • Training, counseling and coaching team members.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 5 years plus experience in a similar role (Preferential for the Similar industry experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering college. (Preferential for the Mechanical, Electronic and Electrical engineering)
  • Experience in QMS(IATF 16949 etc.) certification.
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP etc.).
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Fluency in English language.

  • As a team leader must have the ability to harmonize organization
