Human Capital Solutions Executive Search d.o.o.(www.humancapital.co.rs) is a specialized HR company with a major business in executive search and candidate selection. We have more than twenty years of work experience in partnering with multinational companies in delicate headhunting assignments.

For our client, a Western European company that has a production unit in Serbia and which is specialized in plastic and metal welding as well as ultrasonic cleaning and screening, we are looking for:

Production Manager

Location: Novi Sad area

Responsibilities:

• Determination and implementation of target-oriented measures to ensure the required product quality, leadtimes and costs
• Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to subordinate positions
• Further development of the necessary production technology, including ensuring efficient use of this technology
• Implement a structured reporting system to provide regular updates on problems, challenges and propose solutions to the Executive Management
• Evaluation and development of improved production processes to optimize rational workflows
• Carry out efficient cost management in cooperation with the Executive Management
• Implement a robust cost tracking system to monitor the expenses and share information with the Executive Management
• Ensuring compliance with the processes in the corresponding areas as well as further development of the processes
• Continuous demand and control of a cost-benefit awareness of the employees and promotion of entrepreneurial thinking and acting

Requirements:

• Technical background in mechanical engineering/production
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar position
• Proven and up-to-date understanding of manufacturing technology, costs and capabilities
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and measurement techniques 
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and KPI reporting
• Proficient user of MS office and ERP systems
• Fluent spoken and written Serbian skills, good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making personality with a result-driven approach
• Discreet, trustworthy and integer personality with accurate and conscientious attitude to work
• Good analytical and planning skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
