We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence across the entire production process. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while developing high-performing teams and supporting the company's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations across multiple production processes, including:
- Smelting
- Die Casting
- CNC Machining
- Passivation
- Assembly
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the overall production function to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
- Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize production resources, workforce, and manufacturing capacity to achieve production schedules.
- Manage Production Supervisors and provide leadership, coaching, and development to production teams.
- Monitor production performance, productivity, scrap, downtime, capacity utilization, and overall manufacturing efficiency, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout production and lead corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Monitor and control manufacturing costs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction programs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient production flow.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions related to production interruptions, equipment issues, process deviations, and non-conformities.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies, manufacturing processes, and production equipment to improve operational performance.
- Support investment projects, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- Monitor key manufacturing KPIs and prepare regular production performance reports for management.
- Manage production budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple production departments and leading production leadership teams.
- Experience in metal processing, die casting, machining, surface treatment, or assembly operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management systems, and operational excellence.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with ERP and/or MES systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
