PRODUCTION PLANNER

Gi Group HR Solutions on behalf of our client Wieland Electric GmbH, who has taken the decision to build a new site for the production of installation systems, is looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the position as a Production Planner.

Location: Čačak, Serbia

Main responsibilities will include:

• Complex multi-stage scheduling of raw materials, semi-finished and finished parts;
• Management of production orders and planning of capacity requirements in cooperation with production;
• Coordination of production dates with other production areas;
• Inventory planning and controlling;
• Processing material master data for MRP;
• Adherence to the MRP figures (delivery service, stock levels);
• Purchasing of supplies and consumables;
• Dealing with customs clearance (export to a non-EU country);
• Reporting to management on regular level regarding to all relevant matters.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in similar role, ideally experience in dispatch;
• Ability to work in a structured, systematic and deadline-focused way;
• Hands-on approach, innovative thinking and problem solving abilities;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Team oriented individual with strong people orientation and customer focus;
• PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP R/3, SAP Business Warehouse;
• Fluency in English.
