Production Planner

The company is looking for a Production Planner to work on a fixed-term basis – covering for an employee on maternity leave (until the employee returns from maternity leave).

Our company, due to the extension of production capacity, is looking for a candidate who will become a part of our team for the position: 

Production planner

The job holder is a liaison between the customers and the plant. Based on customers forecasts prepares plans for production and monitors whether the deliveries are on time. The Production Planner reports to the Logistics Manager.

• Production planning based on customers needs 
• Management of supply chain to customers and communication with sale department
• Alocates orders to production lines based on customers needs
• Coordinate deliveries with dispatch and check delivery reliability
• Controls call offs with regard to increase and reduce of orders
• Takes care of capacity changes in communication with Production and IE Department
• Using internal administrative system in the Company
• Making reports to management on daily level
• Patient; Good listener and charismatic speaker

General requirements:

• University degree in business or technical professional field
• Strong customer orientation
• Patient and good listener
• Charismatic speaker
• Ability to work independently
• Result driven, goal an action-oriented
• Experience in manufacturing is advantage
• Fluent English
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
