Production Supervisor

Finestamping Technology Co. d.o.o. is looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Manage production teams, including staff allocation, shift planning, attendance, training, and performance.
• Monitor and improve key production KPIs such as OEE, PPH, CPPM, productivity, absenteeism, and safety performance.
• Coordinate the response to production issues and lead problem-solving and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with standardized work, quality standards, safety requirements, and production procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives based on Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, PMC, EHS, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and use data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Support employee development through training, coaching, and on-the-job guidance.
• Contribute to production cost optimization and efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials.

What we are looking for

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar supervisory role.
• High School/Technical Secondary School degree or higher; a university degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in automotive or machinery manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Production Management, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with production data and translate findings into practical improvements.
• A proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.
