What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities within an assigned manufacturing area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Lead the assigned production team to achieve targets related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure efficient utilization of people, equipment, materials, and other production resources.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, scrap, downtime, and overall manufacturing efficiency, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, company policies, and quality standards.
• Analyze production and quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and equipment within the assigned production area.
• Promote and enforce compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements, housekeeping standards (5S), and company safety policies.
• Allocate workforce effectively and optimize staffing according to production priorities.
• Train, coach, and develop production team members while monitoring performance and supporting employee development.
• Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, including experience leading production teams.
• Experience in at least one of the following manufacturing areas:
  • Smelting
  • Die Casting
  • CNC Machining
  • Passivation
  • Assembly
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
• Experience working with ERP and/or MES systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
