JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Profitability Specialist to analyze financial performance, identify revenue opportunities, and develop  data-driven strategies to enhance profitability across all business operations and provide strategic advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and expertise in financial forecasting, cost optimization, and pricing strategies. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze financial data to identify areas for revenue growth and cost reduction
• Develop profitability models and forecasts to guide business decisions
• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profit margins
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in operations and spending
• Provide insights on market trends and competitive positioning
• Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with profit goals
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure profitability improvements
• Create scalable strategies for long-term business growth and financial sustainability

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, business strategy, or profitability consulting
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Expertise in cost control, pricing models, and revenue optimization
• Proficiency in financial software and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on increasing profitability
• High level of accountability, task ownership, and a  proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication and influencing skills, to be able to present and deliver insights to stakeholders
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
