Project Controller

We are looking for 
Project Controller
Novi Sad 

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Take financial responsibility for assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and development through series production
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and business cases
• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast deviations and proactively identify financial risks and opportunities
• Monitor project profitability, including sales development, gross margin, contribution margin, costs and cash flow
• Perform regular analysis of product and customer profitability
• Support financial evaluation of commercial changes, price developments, volume changes and customer-related business assumptions
• Analyze project cost structures and financial impact of changes in material, production, development and other project-related costs
• Support preparation and evaluation of quotations, business cases and investment calculations from a controlling perspective
• Track project-related investments, development costs and other financial commitments
• Support regular forecasting, budgeting and medium-term planning processes
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports and presentations, providing clear explanations of key performance drivers
• Develop financial scenarios and simulations to support management decision-making
• Work closely with Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets are understood and achieved
• Act as a financial business partner for project teams and challenge assumptions where necessary
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to assigned projects
• Continuously improving controlling processes, reporting structures and financial transparency

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• At least VI degree in Economics, Business Administration Finance
• 5 years of work experience required in controlling
• Expert knowledge in investment and profitability accounting, product calculation and project accounting
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel) required, SAP CO, MM, FI and PS desirable
• Negotiable, resilient, strong in communication and assertiveness as well as confident appearance
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
