PROJECT ENGINEER

In November 2005, the brewery in Čelarevo took the prestigious name Carlsberg Serbia and became part of the international concern of beer production. In addition to LAV beer, the company produces and distributes numerous beer brands on the Serbian market, including Tuborg, Merak, Guinness, Budweiser Budvar, Erdinger, Carlsberg, Somersby, Blanc 1664, and others.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

• Managing all projects within the brewery
• Participation in investment projects defined by a manager
• Participation in planning of all capital expenses (CAPEX) and creation of investment plan; regular updating of planned CAPEX records
• Monitoring the implementation of existing capital expenses by phases and operations
• Monitoring and recording of invoices for all CAPEX by elements of contracts and offers
• Creating cashflow for CAPEX
• Keeping track of contracted and planned operations CAPEX through Cost Control and records of contractual payments to suppliers of equipment and services
• Aligning foreign invoices with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia
• Participation in negotiations with equipment supplies and external contractors
• Collection of the necessary documentation from project participants, contractors, designers, and authorities required to obtain a use permit for facilities built under capital expenses
• Regular reporting to the project lead, manager, and director on the current state of capital expenses

CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING:  

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions 
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of the LEAN processes is an advantage
