Project Engineer

Job description:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Reporting to Technical Director and cooperating with Senior engineer to create more efficient project methods and to maintain project’s profitability.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering project across teams (internal/external).
• Performing quality control tasks on schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status.
• Developing Technical specification, Documentation, Cost estimation…
• Oversee site work, conduct inspections, monitor progress, and ensure work quality and safety.
• Create clear daily/weekly project status reports.
• Work in the office and in the field on the territory of Serbia and abroad.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
• Proficient computer literacy (MS Office, CAD…) and knowledge of project management software, with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory)
• Knowledge of reading electrical/hydro/pneumatic schematics, process/technological schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Driver license (active driver).

Preferable:

• Experience in working on industrial plants that contain automatic control systems, measuring and regulating equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
