I. Company Profile

Vetrozelena d.o.o. is a renewable energy project company established in Serbia by the China state-owned company Powerchina Construction Corporation (Powerchina) to promote in-depth cooperation between China and Serbia in the field of clean energy. The company is currently responsible for the construction and operation of the Vetrozelena 300 MW Wind Power Project in Serbia, which is one of the largest new energy power projects in Serbia in terms of installed capacity.

• Position:​ Project Engineer (Electrical or Civil)

III. Main Responsibilities

• Contractual & Technical Oversight: Monitor and supervise the EPC Contractor’s execution to ensure full compliance with the Employer’s Requirements, EPC contract, and Serbian local regulations.
• Document Review: Review and provide professional comments on technical submittals, including Main Designs, Method Statements, ITPs, and "as-built" documentation.
• Regulatory Liaison: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with Serbian authorities (EMS, EPS, EDS) and the Serbian Chamber of Engineers to ensure smooth grid connection and permit acquisition.
• Quality & Progress Control: Conduct site inspections, participate in "Acceptance of Works", and verify that the milestones achieved by the contractor match the actual site progress.
• Communication & Reporting: Draft official correspondence to the Contract Manager and Contractor; prepare bilingual technical reports for the Board of Directors.

IV. Job Requirements

• Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant construction or large-scale infrastructure projects (Wind Farm experience preferred).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Serbian Law on Planning and Construction and relevant Eurocodes.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Serbian (written and verbal) is mandatory. 
• Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional License : 
• For Electrical: License No. 451 (EI 05-02.1) or equivalent for HV/MV power installations.
• For Civil: License No. 410 (GI 04-01.1) or equivalent for energy production facilities.
• Driving License: Category B.
