Project Industrial Manager - Railway sector

SEGULA Technologies is looking for a seasoned Project Industrial Manager professional to lead the physical delivery of high-complexity trains for our client. This role is the "heartbeat" of the project, coordinating Industrialization, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure a seamless transition from design to final assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial Strategy: Develop and lead the Project Industrial Management Plan (IMP) and the Construction & Installation Management Plan (CIMP).
• Assembly Line Oversight: Lead the set-up of the final assembly line and manage Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requirements.
• Design for Operations (DfO): Ensure that manufacturing constraints are addressed during the development phase to optimize production.
• Transfert of Technologies Leadership: Manage the Transfer of Technology (ToT) and ensure skillset development plans meet project commitments.
• Configuration Control: Lead the Change and Configuration Board (CCB) to validate technical changes and assess industrial risks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Industry Experience: 7 to 10 years in industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a project or site management role within the Railway industry.
• Education: Engineering or Master’s degree (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Supply Chain).
• Competencies: Exceptional leadership and the ability to federate cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Alstom-standard products and industrial reference libraries. Fluent English is mandatory.
