Project Leader

For the needs of our client, a leading manufacturer of servomotors, relays, and electromagnets, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position: Project Leader (Vlasotince)

Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor projects throughout the entire life-cycle, from the initial concept to serial production;
• Coordinate product-related activities, define priorities and monitor project requirements to ensure that project objectives are achieved;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate technical activities and ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables;
• Contribute to the design, implementation and optimization of assembly lines, tooling and manufacturing processes;
• Monitor and analyze serial production processes to identify opportunities for optimization and for improving efficiency, productivity and process performance;
• Identify technical and operational issues, coordinate their resolution and support continuous improvement initiatives;
• Support the introduction, validation and optimization of production equipment and manufacturing processes;
• Maintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders, including international colleagues, to ensure effective information exchange and project coordination;
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and deviations, and support the implementation of corrective actions;
• Contribute to the successful transition from product development and process preparation to stable serial production.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production engineering, process engineering, industrialization or technical project implementation.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Ability to analyze technical problems, identify improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities.
• A proactive and structured approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project activities and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
