As we establish our new manufacturing facility in Inđija, we are looking for talented professionals who want to play an active role in building a modern automotive organization from the ground up.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automotive projects from nomination through SOP and serial production. The role includes coordination of cross functional teams, customer communication, project planning, and successful industrialization of new products.

Daily communication with colleagues in China makes Chinese language proficiency essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automotive projects from customer nomination to serial production
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Tooling, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
• Manage project timing, budget, risks, and customer requirements
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), mold trials, process validation, and PPAP activities
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in China
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful project execution

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in plastic injection molding and New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Experience working with international automotive customers

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of injection molding processes 
• Good understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and IATF 16949
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Language Skills

• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) – mandatory
• Fluent English – mandatory
• Serbian language is an advantage
