For our research and development center of the Interior division in Novi Sad, we are looking for a:

Project Manager for Vehicle Electronics (f/m)

Novi Sad (IT Industry)

Job description:

• Coordinates all the project related activities (R&D and non-R&D), being supported by the Technical Project Leader for all the R&D activities
• Establishes an adequate project organization within the team and with the customer (meeting structure, information / knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving)
• Responsible to negociate and to agree the assignment of the right resources at the right time against workpackages with all the R&D disciplines
• Responsible to track the project progress, define and document corrective measures (if deviating from the plan)
• Controls, steers and reports all the financial data (e.g.: R&D budget, investment, PCIS - Project Costing Information Sheet), based on a released bill of materials)
• Coordinates all the financial aspects (e.g.: EBIT tracking over project lifetime, handover to the production plant, capital request knowledge, influence of Project P&L)
• Represents the project and the company in customer meetings / workshops
• Coordinates cost estimations from the project team and gets management approval for the project budget
• Actively manages stakeholder expectations, informs and involves stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner by using the appropriate tools

Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or an equivalent technical discipline
• At least 4 years of professional experience in product development / automotive experience is not mandatory but may be a plus
• Experienced in the role of project leadership/ line management of a team with a minimum size of 6 employees from different disciplines over a period of minimum 2 years
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
