Due to our continued growth we are looking for new members of our team of experts for construction projects in Belgrade for the position:

PROJECT MANAGER

(Mechanical / Electrical Consultant)

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of proven working experience in construction management – design / site supervision / construction
• Fluency in English - written and oral communication skills
• Strong PC skills
• Relevant license issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers and experience in projects based on FIDIC type of contracts will be an asset
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and build client relationships

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading, directing and coordination of day-to-day management of various tasks involved in the construction project
• Managing and overseeing field operation and engineering processes and procedures
• Communication with the Client and the Contractor
• Regular keeping and managing of site documentation in line with applicable standards
• Production of reports in line with the contracted programme
• Ensuring the project is executed in conformance with the defined scope and plans
