Project Manager – SSC Transitions and Transformation

For our EMEA Shared Service Center in Novi Sad, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support key process migrations and finance transformation projects across the region.

What you will do

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating SSC and finance-related projects, with a strong focus on process migrations and ERP-related initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SSC projects (scope, planning, execution, and closure),
• Manage finance process migrations (AR, AP, GL) into the SSC,
• Coordinate cutover, transition, and post-go-live stabilization activities,
• Ensure alignment between local Finance teams, SSC, IT, and other stakeholders,
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery,
• Support ERP implementations and system upgrades from a finance/process perspective,
• Drive process standardization, controls, and efficiency improvements,
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and process readiness,
• Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives after go-live.

What we are looking for

• Experience in project management within SSC, finance, or multinational environments,
• Strong understanding of finance processes (AR, AP, GL),
• Experience with process migrations and/or ERP implementations,
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Structured, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset,
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
