Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of project proposals and project completion report
• Creating, coordinating, maintaining and communicating the main schedule along with controlling and monitoring progress of the project
• Implementing procedures Infront of the Company ensuring operational risky management
• Developing and leading a team that represents high standards of performance
• Establishing and maintaining highly effective relationship with Clients, Lower-Tier Subcontractors and Internal Partners
• Managing all Safety practices and protocols within the organizational standard 
• Obtaining and utilizing independently all required legislations, regulations, standards and guidelines
• Responsible for the Site budget, monthly invoicing, cost center management and operations efficiency
• Reviewing schedules and coordinating with Site Manager
• Monitoring and tracking daily and weekly reports, comparing planned to actual

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Relevant work experience in HV, MV and LV systems
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience on the same or similar roles
• Familiar with all applicable codes, regulations and Laws in Serbian legislation
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Dynamic leader, with good communication skills, that is able to motivate his team
