Job Description:

• Responsible for long-term prioritization and development planning, as well as independent creation of product specifications. In charge of post-release monitoring and driving continuous product improvements through proactive suggestions and enhancements.
• Works closely with both web and mobile development domains, demonstrating understanding of their interdependencies and contributing to overall product and organizational improvements.
• Responsible for managing assigned modules and functionalities, as well as coordinating development teams to ensure effective collaboration between front-end, back-end, and mobile teams.
• Reports to the PM Team Lead.
• Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of planned activities in line with defined roadmaps and deadlines. Maintains effective and efficient execution of related processes, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, including protection of business confidentiality and company assets.
• Applies occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection standards in accordance with internal company policies and relevant legislation.
• Performs additional tasks within the scope of knowledge, skills, and competencies as assigned by the direct manager, in accordance with the organizational structure.

Professional Requirements:

• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and write structured requirements (functional & non-functional)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align developers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Assertive personality with good conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools is a plus
