Project Manager

Eqytech operates in Belgrade, as a branch of Green Wave Electronics a leading electronics recycler based in the USA, dedicated to providing sustainable recycling solutions since 2007. Our mission is to promote environmental responsibility through effective recycling practices while serving a diverse range of clients nationwide. 

Green Wave is an industry leader in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and 3PL service industry, with locations in the US from coast to coast. We provide our customers with cradle to grave solutions for their IT equipment, 3PL logistics, reverse logistics, refurbishment, recycling, and remarketing.

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinate teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve defined objectives. This role is primarily focused on planning, coordination, and execution of projects, while ensuring that project goals align with business priorities and are delivered efficiently.

You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and stakeholders, driving timelines and managing risks. A general technical understanding is beneficial, but the core of this role is project delivery, stakeholder management, and process coordination.

This is an on-site position that requires strong focus, responsibility, and excellent English communication skills. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders
• Monitor progress against timelines
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Ensure quality standards and compliance are met
• Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders
• Lead meetings, presentations, and reporting activities
• Close projects and evaluate performance outcomes

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in project management or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
• Knowledge of methodologies like Agile methodology or Waterfall methodology
• Good to have PMP, CSM or similar certification
