Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a project manager to run our product business and production across projects in Europe, Asia and the United States. This is a hands on role. You will be the person who keeps every project organised, on budget and on time, and the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers. You will report directly to senior management and work closely with partners and teams in several countries.

What you will manage:

Purchasing and sourcing

• Find and assess suppliers, request quotes and compare offers
• Place orders, follow up on deliveries and resolve problems with suppliers
• Keep clear records of orders, costs and delivery dates

Design projects

• Brief designers and keep work moving to agreed deadlines
• Collect feedback, manage revisions and make sure the final result matches the brief

Websites

• Keep our websites up to date with current products, prices and information
• Work with developers and content providers when changes are needed

Customer service

• Answer client requests by email and phone, quickly and professionally
• Handle orders, questions and complaints, and follow through until they are resolved

Planning and reporting

• Build and manage project plans, budgets and timelines
• Track progress across several projects at the same time
• Send clear weekly updates and flag risks early

What we are looking for:

• Two to five years of project management experience
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• On site in Subotica or Belgrade, 9 to 17, Monday to Friday
• Comfortable working across time zones: some calls will be early morning (Asia) and some in the evening (United States)
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently with little supervision
• Confident with common tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and project tools such as Trello, Asana or similar
• Experience in production, design, procurement, websites or customer service is a plus
